The Penn State Alumni Association

What’s been happening:

My wife, Anita, children Tom and Crys, and I have had many changes and adventures after leaving dear old State, but our hearts are still there. We married in State College as undergraduates at PSU. We are still together. Our children are now married and we have three grandchildren--the oldest studying pre-med in college. My Penn State experience helped set me on a long journey with many career changes through nine states. I have been a military intelligence officer (Pentagon), a research geologist (for two companies), an oil exploration geophysicist and geophysical advisor(for several companies) and now Chief Geophysicist for a small independent oil company in Shreveport, Louisiana. We still bleed blue and white when the football team goes on the field. Of late, my wife and I have been involved with another life-long love--history, and we are volunteer "living historians" at a local French colonial fort. We also take part in other historical reenactments as a hobby. We live on a lake and enjoy the peace of a rural life, but miss the beautiful Nittany Valley area.
